How do I cancel my subscription?

If you no longer need your Vidlo subscription, you can cancel it anytime through your account settings.


Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Account Settings – Click on “Account Setting” in the left menu of your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Payment Section – Scroll to the “Subscription & Billing” area.
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" – Select the cancel option and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  4. Confirm Cancellation – You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been canceled.

Important Notes

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime by selecting a new plan.
  • If you need help, reach out via Live Chat or submit a Support Request in your dashboard.
